Hey Anita,

Welcome you are .. and right you are.

Its good that previously answered questions are asked again because this

is an active list .. dozens of new folks moving on each week.

There are some exceptions .. Lavender and burns, for example .. but as

we all know .. condition of the skin reflects our inner as well as outer

(more obvious) health. What it boils down to is methods of introducing

chemicals into the body .. the four major methods are injection (never

an option in AT), dermal application (the least effective means) actual

ingestion (we're not sure what happens to chemicals after exposure to

stomach acids and the like) and inhalation .. the quickest (besides

injection) and most effective means.

We go through all kinds of changes on a daily basis as we are exposed to

various chemicals. We walk through a scent cone of vaporized molecules

and our brain will react .. there have been CAT SCAN tests showing the

activity of the brain when exposed to a number of chemicals that were

introduced via the olfactory system.
