I was no mail until yesterday and I do know I missed a lot of incredible

information...I ended up having surgery for repair to my achilles tendon that

ended up in worse shape then the surgeon anticipated....I'm finally out of

complete bed rest and trying to get myself up and running.....I do have a

question....what oils or blends are best for my 7 " incision for healing when my

cast

comes off in 4 weeks....I would love to try to minimize the large scar and I

think oils would be best for healing....also I have become pretty depressed

what can I use to help bring me out of this emotional funk that is effecting

me.
