Guest guest
This website sells the mix to make swedish bitters- http://www.swedishbitters.com/ seems a lot easier than trying to round them all the ingredients up separately! paula
Guest guest
I must agree with all the posters here on this one .. Swedish Bitters are so very good. One thing I remember about bitters in general from herb school that I feel must be passed along as general basic info is that bitter herbs taken for digestive purposes might taste " icky " to the average taste buds .. but to take them encapsulated doesn't let them do their job. That " icky " taste actually stimulates various secretion of enzymes and such that make them work for digestive complaints, etc .. so remember folks, take you bitters and deal with the flavor .. its a lot less unpleasant than the dang ailment *Smile* Chris (list mom) http://www.alittleolfactory.com

Guest guest
Sorry... with kicking me off the list every couple of days, I seem to have missed why people are taking Swedish Bitters. What are they used for? Thanks! Guest guest
Sorry... I guess this is partly a test message, and partly a question ( keeps kicking me out of the group so I don't know if my messages are getting through and what I'm missing!) Anyway, I seem to have missed why people are taking Swedish Bitters. What are they used for? Thanks! Karen

Just recently, I decided to start to treat two small fatty cysts that appeared on my forearms. They're at sites that an acupuncturist used, and I guess some chi got stagnated there! What do you mean by fat first, then poultice? Do you put a fat that will enhance the absorption on, then some cotton with the SB? I'd cheat and use a bandaid over it :-) How long did you have to leave it on, how often did you refresh the SB? http://anyamccoy.com
