On Monday last week, my son told me that his flatmate was in Thailand staying at

a resort. As can be expected, a chill ran down my spine.

My son is so close to his friend Jesse, and he was very concerned. We often hear

about disasters in other parts of the world and although we give

what we can, and feel very sympathetic, we are not involved as such. I have

wanted to add to the intereting posts that have been written, but felt very

overwhelmed for my son, and did not want to voice my fears. Jesse is safe, by a

wonderful miracle. Wow, he is so lucky

To say I am relieved is an understatement.
