Omit the yogurt and olive oil to make just a cheese spread which is delicious on small baguette rounds and baked till just warm. *Smile* Chris (list mom) http://www.alittleolfactory.com ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Herbal Dilly Goat Cheese Dip 8 oz. soft goat cheese 4 T extra virgin olive oil 3 T plain yogurt (low fat or whole fat) 2 T chopped fresh chives 2 T chopped fresh Italian (flat) parsley 1 tsp. chopped fresh dill weed 1 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary Salt and pepper to taste Makes About 1 1/2 Cups Process goat cheese, olive oil and yogurt in a food processor until smooth.
