I was just ask to fill out a survey on how well did answering my email about the problems we had last week in receiving our Email groups. Well, you can only imagine the wonderful review I gave them since they never did answer. LOL They asked what they could do better - I said try answering the email. I have recently had my issues with AOL, but I do have to say that when I did the live help chat with them, that I started to get my group emails about 30 minutes later. Not sure if it was a coincidence or good service, but it worked. :-) Hope everyone is enjoy their holidays.
