Guest guest
I'd like to start by making > some mouthwash ...Josh ------ Hello Josh, Here is a recipe from one of my books. The sherry and brandy will do a good job of dissolving the essential oils. Peppermint is an excellent breath freshener and leaves the mouth feeling fresh. Myrrh ensures the health of your teeth and gums. Essential Oil Mouthwash ¼ cup (60ml) sherry 2 tablespoons (40 ml) brandy 14 drops peppermint oil 4 drops oil of myrrh or ½ teaspoon (2.5ml) tincture of myrrh 1 teaspoon (5ml) glycerine To make: mix together in a jar. Leave for 5-6 days to blend. Strain through coffee filter paper. Store in a dark bottle. To use: add ½-1 teaspoon (2.5-5ml) mouthwash to ½ glass warm water, rinse mouth several times with the mixture; spit out.
