Guest guest
Morning everyone, I hve a friend who wants me to formulate her favorite combination of fragrances into a perfume. I'll be using 4 essential oils and the dark musk will be a fragrance oil. Unless I can't find Orange Blossom as an EO and then that will be a FO.... oh well.. seeing as I've only worked with my candle oils before, what is a suggestion for a good carrier oil base for this formula? Guest guest
Hi Sandi! Fractionated coconut and jojoba make great carrier oils for perfumes. I like to use a little cyclomethicone too, which is a silicone oil, but if you'd prefer not to use something like that then I'd suggest those two, either by themselves or a combination of both.
