Guest guest
Hey Chris, > Ooops, forgot to mention ... citrus oils and blue oils are in the spare > fridge with all of my fixed oils, nuts, flours and grains (Yes, I am > kook and keep all my cooking oils, nuts, flours and grains in the > fridge! A kook I won't comment on. ;-) But I'm fairly confident that you do not keep Extra-Virgin Olive Oil in the refrigerator .. and some folks might think otherwise if we don't let'em know that its not a good idea to do this nor is it necessary. If its placed in the refrigerator it will " Winterize " .. thicken and the color will be off. This won't hurt it and it will return to normal consistency when it is brought back to room temperature. Point is, its not going to help it or extend the shelf life by refrigeration. > Nite all!!!! > > *Smile* > Chris (list mom) > http://www.alittleolfactory.com Y'all keep smiling. :-) Butch http://www.AV-AT.com
