Guest guest
Good morning all, I have had tendonitis involving brachio-radialus muscles since 1982. It is my right arm and I am right handed so R & R doesn't work. However, in the beginning of my training I made up this blend: 10ml 3ml 5ml 3ml 4ml 250ml Lavender Eucalyptus citriadora Rosemary CT1 Ginger Wintergreen Jojoba Now I know that IFA burbles on about dangerous Wintergreen, but you are not using high enough dosages for problems to occur. However, if you feal unsafe eliminate it and increase your other oils by 1ml each. This blend works well, but my preferred one is from my Thylacine range which includes peppermint, clove, CT1 (Camphor rosemary) and other oils. That range is even used by people with arthritus pain. It is also a cream at 20% so has a warning on the lable. This one is for free!! Regards Merinda If all else fails, cry! Find local movie times and trailers on Movies.
