Guest guest
Hello, I woke this morning witha stuffy nose and some in my throat. Well the Doctor gave me a spray to use but I want to use EO's to help it instead cause the spray makes me drowsy. Anyway I have the following oils, can they be mixed to help clear the stuffy nose and possible get rid of it all together? Camphor Cajeput Cinnamon Eucalyptus Geranium Lavender Lemongrass Menthol Patchouli Peppermint Rosemary Tangerine Tea Tree Will any of these help? Guest guest
Hi Starr, If those were the oils I was choosing from to get rid of a stuffy nose I'd make a blend of Eucalyptus, Lavender, Peppermint and Rosemary to diffuse ... and I'd sniff a bit of it directly too To make a germ busting diffuser blend with holiday flare I'd use the Cinnamon, Tangerine and Patchouli *Smile* Chris (list mom) http://www.alittleolfactory.com Starr [moonandstarrs] Hello, I woke this morning witha stuffy nose and some in my throat. Guest guest
Hi Star, Put some boiling water into a cup, and put a couple of drops of peppermint oil into it. Do a steam inhalation, and when it has cooled down, sip the water - this will help drain your sinuses I do this for a sore throat as well Mary Well, Naturally http://www.wellnaturally.com At 08:55 AM 12/7/2004, you wrote: >Hello, >I woke this morning witha stuffy nose and some in my throat. Guest guest
Thanks Chris I appreciate this, these are the only oils I have in stock at the moment so I was so hoping some would help from this much, I need to get a humidifier or vaporizor to use some in also.
