No question that folks can interpret all kinds of things .. even when

they speak the same language. Sometimes interpretations are based on

preconceived notions or first impressions .. or simply conflicting

personality styles. Some folks have interpreted my conduct as a soldier

in Vietnam as being a Baby Killer .. others interpreted my peacetime

service as a Military Cop as being a PIG .. and my ex-wife has an

interpretation of who or what I am that was shared by few who knew me

then or now. ;-)

 

But .. like Mary Poppins .. I try to do what I think is right and its

very rare that I ever feel guilt.

I am more crazy busy .. dealing with backed up e-mail from five days of

my server being down .. and dealing with idiotic bureaucrats here (is

there another kind?) in Turkey.

Couldn't have been that one .. the date of it was 19 Nov 04 and the

subject was " Lists In General ** Aromatherapy and Other Terms " and it

was not addressed to anyone .. twas but me rambling and explaining to

the new folks what kind of lists were available on the Net. ;-)

 

And a few folks came on line and thanked me .. said they liked it.

 

But .. I can understand how some folks might not have liked it because

it lays out a lot of the inside truth about this cottage industry.

I think you have me mixed up with someone else .. I really do. And

after that post I made no posts except one explaining what GC or GC/MS

was .. and some Young Living posts .. until the 21st and that one was

regarding " Storage of Essential Oils " .. addressed to Michelle .. then

one to Terri and one to Tania on 24 Nov .. Subject " Sensitization " ..

then one to Anya and one to Sherry .. same subject .. on 26 Nov .. then

one on 28 Nov to Sherry .. same subject .. then one to Bree on 28 Nov

concerning Lavender for Burns .. then one on 30 Nov .. to nobody in

particular .. explaining what AFNOR was (which I think you missed) ..

then one to Dorothy on 1 Dec concerning Sciatica .. and I still don't

know what you are talking about or why I am even explaining all this.

Aside from OT jokes and YL crap that's all I find in the archive.

For sure it is .. only thing relevant is when someone thinks something

went down and the one who is charged with making it go down has no idea

what the other person is talking about. ;-)

I doubt if you .. or me .. or anyone else knows even now what the

American definition of Aromatherapy is .. ask four folks and we get at

least six opinions. I do, however, recall having written a few dozen

times over the years what I think it is .. and my opinion in that regard

is good enough for me. Its about the inhalation of volatile the vapors

or molecules of distilled aromatic plants.

Jeezuz Christy .. you gotta be talking about the one you mentioned ..

twas 2667 on 19 November and it was not suggesting a thing to any

particular person .. I recommend you read it again .. more slowly.

The lady who you refer to .. who makes aged infusions .. Rhavda .. is a

friend of mine and I betcha a whole bunch she will not agree that she

was attacked .. nor was my post a reply to anything she wrote .. so it

seems like we are going around in circles.

I agree that it doesn't really matter but if someone is called to task

they should know why .. and I still don't know why.
