Dale- I wholeheartedly agree! As Childbirth Educator and Doula/Midwife

Apprentice, I see this regularly. It is amazing once they stop taking the horse

pills and get on a good supplement how much better they feel in every aspect.

Kudos to you for your good work and education! I found with my last pregnancy

(twins-whom I had a day before my due date) nutrition was key. I was determined

to go full term and not be on bedrest, and I do believe through excellent

nutrition, alot of prayers and positive thinking I was able to do that! It also

spilled over onto a healthy breastfeeding relationship with no supplementation,

and they are 16 months now. What is it exactly that you do? I could talk

pregnancy and birth all day.:)

When I despair, I remember that all through history the ways of truth and

love have always won. There have been tyrants, and murderers, and for a time

they

can seem invincible, but in the end they always fall. Think of it always.

- Mahatma Gandhi
