Guest guest
I was talking to someone the other day who only washes her face with EVOO - extra virgin olive oil. Does anyone else do this? with what results? and how exactly do you do this? Can you add it to castile soap? sorry for all the questions, but this is so interesting. Guest guest
One of the easiest ways to get rid of grease on your hands is to rub with another fat, it enables you to wipe it way... I'm not sure that I would constantly wash my face in oil, but the effect would be similar, it would help dissolve oily dirt away and you would pat the excess off with toweling. Wasn't it the roman culture that used oils extensively for similar bathing????? I personally wouldn't add too much to castile, about the highest SF ratio I'd do personally would be 7% with straight olive... Guest guest
Hi, there, Extra virgin olive oil is excellent for your face, but, be sure you buy it organic... I use jojoba oil on my face at night. It is good...for acne! believe it or not! And, if I have more zits I put on Shea Butter (I use Jason) at night and in the morning the inflammation is gone and the zits are down and some totally gone...great stuff! Shea butter also plumps up my skin and I look really YOUNG!
