Hi Margot,

The Blue Poppy Press recent research report #105 is on Restless Leg

Syndrome. I believe they'll e-mail you the report for a small price.

The web site is:

I hope this helps.

Not to be funny but I just get out of bed a walk. It stops and I go back to bed.

Are you talking about the muscles not cramping but like achy or I

guess you could call them restless. If so then what I have found is

I am lacking in one of three things, namely:

calcium or magnisium or potassium

If I start taking one of these right away and for a few days after my

legs do not get that feeling again for a few weeks.

Hope that helps

I know I'm really late posting on this and I'm not sure it's restless legs I get

but I sometimes find I can't sleep or lie still in bed because my leg(s) are

'restless'. I get up and do some yoga and once I feel all stretched out and more

rested, then I can sleep. It's like my muscles, tendons, etc. are all jiggling

around when I'm trying to rest them - the yoga seems to realign them and calm

them down. Jane
