Guest guest
Sorry, had to joke, it was song that came out in the 80s by a group called Klymaxx. It's a joke because the men don't pause anymore, they just kind of walk by me, unless I'm dressed like a pirate. Aw heck, I loved the days when men used to catcall at a woman. I think they're all afraid of being sued nowadays. Anyway, I told my doctor I was pre-men and he told me I was too young. I'm close to being 41 but I look young and I act like a teenager still, so he always says I'm too young. But I've had to give up caffeine two years ago, I could be sitting at my computer and get a rapid heart beat and a hot flash. Then I started having depression and problems with anxiety and panic attacks - when I wasn't really going through any more stress than I usually go through. I'm under more stress now than I was last year and I'm fine. My doctor put me on anti-depressants and I stopped because I don't like them. I tried to tell him that I thought my problems were " hormonal " and could be related to pre-menopause and I've talked to other women my age who have related the same thing. I've changed my diet a lot and take a number of supplements. Anyone else have that problem. Sorry, I've been busy today so I'm still reading all the responses. Guest guest
I've been hearing that my whole life, but it's kind of like people telling me I need to go to the Moon and I have no idea how to get there. Methinks I have a clue . . . Michele Robles , " Susan K. W.
