Guest guest
I get the Black Cohosh and Evening Primrose in capsule form. The Vitex (made by Gaia Herbs http://www.gaiaherbs.com) I buy from Whole Foods grocery and follow the directions (somewhat). I must say though that I don't take any or all on a continual daily basis -- just when it's time for my cycle to hit and then once a day for a couple of days. This seems to work for me, at this point. There's a book that's an excellent buy titled " Prescriptions for Nutritional Healing " (that's where I learned about these things). This too is available at most bookstores (and Whole Foods). And yes, the 30-60 drops the directions call for turns out to be about a teaspoonful (I counted!) into about one-third glass of lukewarm water. ~ Susan
