We are getting rare. Occasionally my outlook will stop loading email after Norton catches a virus, and then I have to go in through the back door and get it through . It takes so much longer that way, and I can't quickly scan and sort... Going to the group site, ditto. So, if I ever am rude by not answering to someone right away or by missing part of a thread, that will be why.
