It's especially good for mature skin and blemishes. I've never heard that it's good for age spots, but hey, I'll try it! If my memory serves me well, the key to the benefits is to use just a very little Frankincence in your carrior oil. More can actually be drying and will certainly defeat the purpose! Sorry I don't have any exact amounts to provide you with. Have you tried organic coconut oil topically yet? My sun damaged, mature skin is loving it!
