Thanks Michelle for writing - I wish I could remember where I got

the info - I think I'll try putting it in jojoba oil or in some

of the coconut oil I have - I did love that smell and feel of the

coconut oil :-) ...

Frankincense has been used for centuries to beautify the skin.

It's

especially good for mature skin and blemishes. I've never heard

that

it's good for age spots, but hey, I'll try it!

 

If my memory serves me well, the key to the benefits is to use

just

a very little Frankincence in your carrior oil. More can actually

be

drying and will certainly defeat the purpose! Sorry I don't have

any

exact amounts to provide you with.

 

Have you tried organic coconut oil topically yet? My sun damaged,

mature skin is loving it!
