Guest guest
Hello once again, I totally agree that it's always best to see a Dr if in doubt. An annual exam and an ultrasound are always good to ease your mind. However, I must tell you, most allopathic Dr's don't have a clue about menopause. Be sure to see a holistic doctor if you want sound advice and more than a prescription. I saw a Gyno for my peri symptoms awhile back. This woman Dr. knew I had previously been diagnosed with fibroids and ovarian cysts (due to an excess of estrogen) and even before testing my hormone levels, she had her prescription pad in hand while suggesting I immediately begin estrogen replacement therapy. The last thing I needed was more estrogen! Fortunately, I knew this. But, what if I didn't? Please remember, menopause is NOT a disease. It's a natural life transition that every woman on the planet will experience in her own unique way.
