Hi,

 

Another 2 cents: I have used fructose (fruit sugar) as a sugar

substitute for quite some time with great results. It's about 3

times sweeter than sugar so you need to adjust recipes etc. Also it

does not spike insulin for those with hypoglycemic, weightloss or

diabetec concerns.

 

Available at your local health food/bulk stores and some supermarkets.
