Guest guest
Hi, Another 2 cents: I have used fructose (fruit sugar) as a sugar substitute for quite some time with great results. It's about 3 times sweeter than sugar so you need to adjust recipes etc. Also it does not spike insulin for those with hypoglycemic, weightloss or diabetec concerns. Available at your local health food/bulk stores and some supermarkets. She now sweetens and cooks with Stevia...an all natural herbal sweetener. > Just adding my 2-healthy-cents in this morning. > Sandi > BlackKat Herbs > http://www.blackkatherbs.com > Christmas Specials Now Online!
