Guest guest
Thank you kindly, Butch and Kathleen for your information and time. i'm completely frustrated with the false information i've been given by what appears to be a hugely misinformed friend. I've been told to " play " with the oils under certain safety guidelines (dilution not being one of them) and even if an oil doesn't help it WILL NOT HURT YOU. I will continue doing my own research and reading as I have (thank you for the book recommendation butch) but would love to have this list as a resource as well if that would be OK. I've read recently that the information I was given regarding therapeutic benefits from skin absorption is false (which always seemed questionable to me anyway). It seems that one can receive benefits topically but not systematically through applying oils on location, yes? That therapeutic benefit must come from inhalation or ingestion. Am I understanding this correctly? You would not BELIEVE (or maybe you would) some of the things that I have heard YL distributors tell people as truth. There seems to be a basis of good information but then people just freely make things up as it suits them. I'm choosing to know not only what is not true (confirm many of my sneaking suspicions) but what is so that I can be safe with myself and my family as well as educate others who want to know the truth. Thanks for your time and Happy Thanksgiving to all. Terri
