I change out the fabric just by cutting out tiny heart shaped pieces to go with whatever I am wearing. I don't make a new stuffed heart piece because I have one favorite perfume of mine that I can't get away from. So, I just push one piece of the new color of fabric into each half of the heart and put the red heart that came with it inside. It is absolutely stunning with whatever I am wearing (especially love how great it looks with an icy periwinkle blue! Silver and blue are great together!) I have mine on a silver chain now. If you haven't checked out Chris's perfume locket --you must! I get so many compliments. Oh and just another update. My perfume lasts in it for at least 3 days. The first time I wrote about it I was shocked that it was lasting 4 hours. When I put it on the next day(s), I just warm up the scent by wearing it next to my skin --and then proudly display it outside my blouse/shirt. Hmmmm, ad day was yesterday. LOL! I'm so glad that you are enjoying it so much, so far everyone who has gotten one has been RAVING!
