They are now renewing it anually based on if you are selling $10,000 per year. Hi Fran, What they did away with is the annual resale certificate for those buying under $10,000 a year of tax exempt purchases. This is different than the Sellers Certificate. You can still have a business license, the difference being you now have to pay sales tax, if any, on purchases for resale and take it as a credit on your sales tax return.
