Guest guest
I love Butch's oregano oil in cooking, make a mean green bean soup with it and always add a drop after it cooked in the bowl for potency. But it also does a nice flavoring. C-M

Guest guest
A hispanic lady told me to make a tea out of regular cooking oregano you find in your spice cabinet. I have also made soup with cayenne and taken cayenne pepper capsules to clear my head. Ginger root capsules by Solaray work wonders as well! As for use in children, I would consult an herbalist or read the bottle. hugs, nessy
