Hi there, I am new to the group and I spend a lot of time reading and

lurking (gaining knowledge the whole time!). I am just getting

started in aromatherapy- I have had an interest in homeopathy for some

time now- but still very much an amateur!

My hisband is going in for his second surgery on his back and during

the first one he had trouble with being able to go to the bathroom

afterwards. Is there something you can suggest to strengthen the

uretha and or the bladder?

Thanks for all the help and thanks for all the great posts!

Hi Krista,

Welcome aboard. Make yourself right at home.

I wish your husband the best with his surgery. I know that girls can do

kegel exercises that help strengthen the pelvic area muscles and prevent

certain urinary problems, including incontinence, and I would think that

men could do them too ... but I don't know if that's what you're looking

for ...
