Hi Butch,

Oh silly me lol. Thanks for the links. Apparently the Aussies also invented

the Black Box but Qantas were not interested so it was taken overseas ,and

also the micro chip, which we sold very cheaply. Um!! does that say

something about Aussies lol

But this URL states that " The first use of paper ballots to conduct an

election appears to have been in Rome in 139 BCE, and the first use of

paper ballots in the United States was in 1629 to select a pastor for

the Salem Church. " And that the first standardized paper ballot forms

were created in Australia in 1858. And the USA adopted that form of

In any case .. the Aussies went down in history for improving the
