Guest guest
Hey Karen, > Can I just echo what people are saying. Vote..vote... VOTE!!! We have > a right and a duty to vote. Just do it. If you DON'T vote you have no > right to complain if you don't like how the government is being run!!! Right on! And if they don't vote I have fewer folks to commiserate with and even fewer to nag about having told them what was gonna happen. ;-) > On a side note. we too, voted this morning. We were there at 7:30 and > dh had to wait in line to get a ballot and wait in line to vote. I had > to wait in line to get a ballot. And the (very nice and helpful and in > no way partisan) helpers said that when they opened at 7:00 there was a > line out the door. They said that there was at least one person each > minute. And that is in our small little South Bay precinct. So I hope > everywhere it is that way!!! Yes ma'am .. me too. > What an exciting day!! It is for sure .. and its perhaps the most important election is a long time because the outcome is going to have a great impact on us now and in the immediate future .. moreso than in the past few elections. If Kerry wins it will upset Hillary cause she won't be able to run agin him in 2008 and will probably be too old .. or will have already gotten herself in hot water .. by the time 2012 comes around. Not that this is a good reason to vote for Kerry .. just thought I'd throw it out. ;-) > Karen J Y'all keep smiling. :-) Butch > Today is Election Day in the USA and I can't and won't tell anyone here > who to vote for - but get yer behinds out there and vote! > > *Smile* > Chris (list mom) > http://www.alittleolfactory.com
