Instructions:

 

Combine A and heat to 170F with high shear mixing to ensure that ingredients are

completely dissolved.

 

Heat B to 160F.

 

Add B and C to A with high shear mixing. Ensure everything is combined and

melted.

 

Continue mixing occasionally to ensure emulsion and even cool down.

 

When cooled to 110F or less, add D with good mixing.
