Guest guest
Ok, here is my question/potential problem... I purchased some of the most adorable perfume atomizers, roller-ball applicators and perfume pens I have ever seen. It turns out that the roller-ball applicators and the perfume pens are the type that do not have little glass vials attached. They are cylinders of some type of metal (I am quite certain they are aluminum) that have o-ring seals and the roller-ball applicators also have a " rubber " type seal/plug in the top of the 'top' part of it, to " seal " the roller-ball from leaking. Very well-made little things! One of the perfume pens is actually a roller-ball applicator just like above and the other is the type that has the absorbent insert inside the barrel of the pen. The barrel is made out of the same type of metal (aluminum). I have alcohol-based perfumes and oil-based perfumes. I haven't tried my perfumes out in these particular containers yet. Almost all of them are 5ml or smaller, so the amount of perfume that I put into them could be just 3ml or so. Do you think that these containers are ok for perfumes or AT blends? I put solid perfumes in sterling silver boxes with no problems and have even thought about selling my perfumes in these little sterling silver perfume bottle necklaces. Is sterling silver okay? Here is a pic of my most favorite one... I just cannot give up on this little cutie for selling my perfumes in! It is so tiny and adorable and fun (it is 2 3/4 " tall) http://www.vivienterprises.com/New%20Atomizers/c200b.jpg Thanks for any help!
