Guest guest
Hi, I made a blend once for a lady with bad arthritis in her hands, she found it hard to even peel vegetables. The blend was made up of lemon, basil and rosemary and aftrer giving the area a good massage and working the blend in, I used a heated wheat bag (I think in America you use rice) on the area and it was interesting to note that after about 20 minutes a red line formed on her thumb joint leading down her wrist. I massaged it each day for a week, as she was going overseas and worried about carrying her luggage. Each day the red line got smaller, it did not entirely free the joint, but it sure made a big difference. May I suggest also, that if you are working continuously on a computer that you consider geting some yin/yang balls. They are 2 shiny balls like billiard balls which I got for next to nothing in a Chinese herbal shop.. They fit into your hand and the idea is to rotate them using your fingers. I found when I began massaging , my arms and hands would ache each night, and a friend told me about these. By using them your muscles get a good workout and strengthen. Worked a treat for me! Just a thought Jeanine
