Guest guest
Really? i used to be really athletic. No time now. I dont even have kids but I have animals and I work over an hour away from home. pretty good money & I can mostly manipulate my schedule. I am 40 and I am having a really difficult time every month with the hormones. I am not menapausal yet, but sheesh, cycles make me in-coherrent anymore. makes me " disabled " to drive or think or function. used to take vioxx, now I take anaprox..drink fluids, teas...etc. eat right. (sighs) any help will be appreciated. ~Nessy Saylor~ Kathleen Petrides <PurrfinickyQueen wrote: Just read today that exercise, 20 minutes a day 3x a week, minimum, really helps with hot flashes. Seems to help regulate the raging hormones. Cheers! Kathleen Petrides The PurrfinickyQueen http://www.fatcatcandleco.com Candles, Kitty Carpets, articles, practically everything but the Hairball! Guest guest
Lynda, my wife started on Soy tablets which made a vast difference for her. Target generic is as good as any. She says that adding evening primrose capsules has also helped even more.
