Guest guest
thanks Ann - Scotland eh?? had a good friend in Scotland that had a street ministry ... brought him over a couple of times... what a hoot! Before he had a life changing experience, he used to plant bombs.....Geordie is no longer with us due to diabetes, but his darling wife still keeps in touch... I'm going to wait a day or so before I head off to the doctor...hate going to doctors....sigh....my dh has graciously taken over my chores - feeding horses, chickens, letting dogs in and out...feeding the barn cats...the 'hard' work (mucking stalls etc.) will have to wait till I'm better .. he won't do that :-) .... thanks for caring! It might go back on its own if you just lie down and rest. Muscle relaxant oils will help but If you aggravate it more it could take lots longer to get better and cost you money to have it tweaked! I would give up on the work for today and just rest - the world won't come to an end! hope it's better soon Ann - Scotland and the best I can determine, the muscle that runs across my ribs in the back was pulled ... best I can guess anyway - when I breathe, or turn a certain way I can't catch my breath and a large gasp of air escapes with a moan (and I can't control that one! LOL) ...
Guest guest
When I have had a pulled muscle before in my back, I put SJW oil [make sure it is the oil] on it then heat the heat penetrates it in and it really helps relax it and I also rest with it to give the muscle time to really relax hope this helps Sandra
