I have no idea how it is as haven't tried it yet, but it sure does look good A bread machine is used in this recipe to knead the dough. *Smile* Chris (list mom) Virgin Red Palm Oil - On Sale NOW http://www.alittleolfactory.com ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Whole Grain Rosemary Focaccia Use the dough setting on your bread machine and add these ingredients in the following order: 1-3/4 c. water 1/4 c. olive oil 1/2 c. 7 grain flour 2 c. unbleached white flour 2 c. whole wheat flour 3-1/2 T. dry milk 5 T. Sucanat (or sugar) 1-1/2 t. unrefined salt 1 tsp. crushed fennel seed 1 tsp. crushed rosemary leaf 1 tsp. crushed basil leaves 3 tsp. yeast After removing from bread machine, roll out on floured board to 1/2 inch thick. Place on oiled baking pan, cover and let rise for 15 minutes. Wipe with olive oil and sprinkle to taste with fresh rosemary leaves and a pinch of salt. Using all five fingers, poke indentions into dough. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove and cool before cutting. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
