They carry over 60 varieties of certified organic herbs as well as edible flowers and other goodies! *Smile* Chris (list mom) http://www.alittleolfactory.com ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ http://www.jacobsfarm.com/rosemary.html ROSEMARY & FETA CHEESE DIP 1 c. plain yogurt 1 c. feta cheese -- crumbled 2 sprigs fresh rosemary, coarsely chopped 1-2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped Place all ingredients in food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Add a small amount of milk if mixture is too thick to blend. Serve as a dip with fresh vegetables. ROSEMARY POTATOES 8 small red potatoes, scrubbed and quartered 8 cloves garlic, peeled 3 T. olive oil 1/2 t. freshly ground pepper 1/3 c. minced fresh rosemary 1/2 c. chopped green onions Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place potatoes and garlic in a single layer in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and toss potatoes to coat evenly. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and rosemary and toss again.
