Guest guest
Michael It matters not how many individual links are listed within the body of the e-mail nor what other items may or may not be offered for sale within the overall journal. You can as others suggested just as easily hit the delete button if you don't like the journal or what's offered within it. It is at most....one e-mail per month that the journal is offered. I wish it was available more often it is a wealth of informastion. Richard A Freiberg, OMD DAc AP LAc Oriental Medical Practitioner In a message dated 9/5/2009 6:16:18 P.M. This can easily become overwhelming, even with the best intentioned TCM or healthcare journals all choosing to participate. I do not mind an occasion article post but would prefer not to have the entire online journal linked with each separately. Maybe Attilio could simply limit it to one link for the journal or an article. As we are all getting more and more uninvited information it becomes spam, let's reduce the tendency to post it all, by just a little. Is this not a reasonable request? Guest guest
Michael I don't see Attilio's posts with the TCM journal articles as marketing anything. As far as memory serves the past posts for this same TCM Journal were no different than the current one in that they always linked all of the articles. Lastly......I personally and professionally feel that these articles as linked within the TCM Journal e-mail posting is in fact an on point focus that I wish we had more of versus some other postings.. My point is that a recent post was basically listing each and every article, with link, and it was appearing to be excessive. I have read the argument about reducing excessive bandwidth on emails, and think this might be a good place to start. I do not know if this is a sign of things to come and do not remember past posts of the journal being this busy. I have enjoyed some of the posts on this group but do not like being marketed to in yet another group. I would hope that as professionals we could keep that at a minimum. I will delete posts as usual but it is nice when we can focus upon things related to our profession. Have you considered what might happen if others wanted to sell items on this group and how quickly it could change our focus? Michael W.
