[PCOM Alumni] granule herb dosing

 

wondering what folks are doing in terms of granule herb dosing?

 

raw herbs doses are usually 150g/day for an average sized person. at 5:1

extract, that would be 30g/day in gran, which seems way high to me.

 

i've been dosing 12g/d, and have recently increased to 16g/d in acute cases or

with heavier people. i've gotten satisfactory results in this dosing range,

which i suppose is the ultimate guideline.

 

 

curious what others are doing.
