Yuk-ming:

i appreciate your response to my query and am encouraged by your testimony.

am i basically treating by pattern for burning urination, or are there

protocols specific for chlamydia? do you tend to dose the herbs higher for

chlamydia, or do you stay with standard dosages? how long is the expected

treatment time?

Hi, Kath,

Seems to me burning senation is a symptom, not a pattern. I am sure you have

your own protocol in your practice. To me, I do have protocols for each and

individual symptom and a list of herbals to tackle the issue in orders.

To answer your question, yes, there are protocols for chlamydia. No, just follow

the standard protocol unless it does not work then you come up with plan B.

Usually we expect some positive feedback/results in the next visit (3 days to a

week). If not, further investigiations are necessary. As there are more than one

varible influencing the clinical efficacy, we just take a wait-and see attitude.

This is very much my style that may be very different from that of North

America.
