In going through my old acu notes, I found a somatotopical reference to the Shu

points, which is slightly different from the site Stefano presented. Can't site

a sourse on this one though:

Primary Spinal Primary Meridian

Organ Acupoint Relationship Activity

LU BL 13 T 3-4 3 to 5 am

P BL 14 T 4-5 7 to 9 pm

HT BL 15 T 5-6 11am to 1 pm

GV BL 16 T 6-7

Diaphragm BL 17 T 7-8

LV BL 18 T 9-10 1 to 3 am

GB BL 19 T 10-11 11 pm to 1 am

SP BL 20 T 11-12 9 to 11 am

ST BL 21 T 12-L1 7 to 9 am

TH BL 22 L 1-2 9 to 11 pm

KI BL 23 L 2-3 5 to 7 pm

LI BL 25 L 4-5 5 to 7 am

SI BL 27 S 1 1 to 3 pm

K,There does appear to be some cross-overs for the back-shu pts and spinal

nerves as we would expect. Several spinal nerves access organs above and below

making one-to-one correspondence to spinal segments impossible. FYI, the upper

back shu of the heart lies within the area innervated for the heart down to T5 .

Others below this level, tend to be appear close or within the areas supplied.

Hope this helps.
