Guest guest
My cat had an ear infection mostly in the right ear (treated with Tresaderm, a topical antibiotic drop) and it has returned. The vet (Western only) feels it's due to allergy. Strong sharp odor (almost pungent like vinegar), no discharge but I can feel fluid when I massage the medicine in, itchy. He has always had a lot of wax buildup in both ears and scratches them often. Is there an herbal remedy someone could recommend and/or TCM topical prep? Thanks much. Guest guest
What you got in medicine is a palliative supressive concoction of steroids and antibiotic and mite killer....that in case he forgot to tell you needs to be kept refrigerated. Ear infections are common form of chronic disease associated with vaccinosis and the body tries to discharge this tot he outside, a common homeopathic remedy is to administer thyuja and to certainly make sure the continued assault of the cats immune system is not continued with vaccinations, not given fuel to with cereal feeding of commercial cat foods made of processed grains and to not to continue to surpress or palliate with pharmaceuticals for whaich there is nothing except sometimes brief symptomolgy regress. you can treat the hot ear with acupuncture points relative also to relieving heat. The ears of the dogs and cats have islets of langerhan cells that is a coalesence of the immune cells sentizied with antigen injection from dangerous and unecessary vaccination.
