Thanks everyone for the advice and possible TCM diagnoses. The patient reported

90% improvement after the first treatment when we finally were able to connect

via phone. I will see her again tomorrow and follow up on the various

suggestions posted by the group, and question her more closely about what

happened on vacation! More to come, thanks again.
