I attended the insurance workshop this weekend and still have these questions. What are the Federal Blue Cross Blue Shield reimbursement rates for Comprehensive Exams: 99203 - 25 99202 - 25 99204 - 25 99205 -25 99201 -25 Acupuncture and ElectroAcupuncture: 97810 - 97811- 97813 97814 Recurring Evaluation and Managment 99211 99212 99213 99214 99215 I would love to know what you typically code.
