What appears to be a touch is actually a tremendous burst of short power, fa-jing, developed by practicing the original short form, which had fast moves in it. The original form was a martial art with deadly strikes to acupoints, Dim Mak.  There were no pushes. External Qi  can be injected into people but this generates microcurrents in the body and does not generate enough energy to move objects.  Students are brainwashed.
