Are there any vets here or someone knowledgable enough that can

recommend a herb for my little constipated, yin def 5 pound yorkie. She

is 10 years old, very constipated, red tongue, thirsty, night sweats

with panting and desire to go outside in the snow. Any help would be

appreciated. thanks, Clarissa

If you will bring up the www.tcvm.com website you will see a listing on that

site by state of certified veterinarians that have been trained in TCM and

specifically for Herbology. They also will have access to jing tang herbal that

is a part of the Chi institute where the training and certification of our

nation's top TCVM practitioners. Since having a proper examination is warranted

under every medical Practice Act of every state that I know of you can have your

dogs health issues handled properly this way.If there is no one close to you but

they are in your state, you may be able to have that veterinarian hook you up

with a local practitioner that can still get the examination done and then the

other TCVM vet from the same state can send the proper herbal formulation to

them.If you want to do this the right way, this is what I would do.Jing tang has

kidney yin defeciency formulas most all of the forulas are based on classical

antecedant fromulas and then modified as necessary by licensed veterinarians

like Dr. Huisheng Xie whom are trained in the differences the four footed

animals.Sincerely, Patricia Jordan DVM,CVA,CTCVM & Herbology
