Guest guest
Hello group, I want to know your opinion. Quite often when I treat with acupuncture postmenopausal women (50-53 y.o.) they get their " periods " back for couple months. Their main diagnosis is Lv Qi stagnation. They had in the past drug and/or alcohol abuse. They've been abused also. Lots of trapped emotions. Do you see that with some of your patients? Guest guest
Hi Fran, I don't think it's anything. We replenish the yin, release constraint and the body flourishes again. Menopause often sets in early, along with associated patterns. Just think of the energy dynamic of years of stress and depletion syndromes. Reverse it and the body wakes up and does its duty until it was supposed to, rather than having to change gears early.
