Guest guest
Does anyone on the list have any experience with the pointer pulse http://goacupuncture.com/cgi-bin/ns/ProductDetail.pl?SkuNo=G-12 Next Generation Pointer Pulse Handheld Pulsed Laser and Pulsed TENS The next generation handheld locator/stimulator! The Pointer Pulse is the first all-in-one unit that combines infrared laser therapy with electrical stimulation, allowing both methods of treatment to be used simultaneously. With its ergonomic design and single grounding plate, this device can easily be used with either the left or right hand. Electrical stimulation is initiated with a push button, while stimulation intensity is controlled with a dial. The 650 nm, 5 mW laser is controlled by a toggle switch where you can select from three modes: on (continuous laser beam), pulsed (10 Hz pulsed laser beam) and off (no laser beam). Accessories include a hand ground pole with attached wire, 9 volt battery, small screwdriver (for adjusting point location sound level), carrying case, and instructions. Specifications 500 ohm test load Output channels one Volts & current Normal dial 22.5 volts, 0 to 45 milliamps Blue zone 11.0 volts, 0 to 2 microamps Pulse width 260 microseconds (µS) Pulse shape asymmetric biphasic square wave with negative spike Pulse modes continuous Laser wavelength 650 nm Maximum laser power 5 mW Skin impedance monitoring sound and green light indication Laser operation yellow light indication Power source 9 volt battery Size, wt, color 9.0 " x 3.5 " x 1 " , 100gm, beige My desire is to treat children quickly and easily. Is this laser strong enough for effective treatment? Does anyone have a better device. I need to cut down my treatment time as I am now in an integrative center with many other professionals.
