Hi, I know the little red pill is supposedly only to be taken when there is a

possibility of unconsciousness and death from trauma with blood loss. I know my

teacher talked about it, and I'll hunt down what I can find when I get the

chance. I don't doubt there may be some pharmaceutical in it also.

" the little red pill is called Bao Xian Zi, which is translated as “insurance

pill

for a serious or emergency case.” This pill is only used to treat a

patient with severe bleeding or injury who is about to go into shock,

as a “First aid” medicine, otherwise do not use the pill. This medicine

will help to prevent the patient from going into shock. The contents of

the Bao Xian Zi are different from the Yun Nan Bai Yao, though most say it is at

least concentrated san qi. The Bao Xian Zi

has ingredients to stop pain and open orifices to help prevent shock.

It will not stop the bleeding. "

I saw something about horse use too.

 Yunnan Baiyao is gaining popularity

as a herbal medicine to support EIPH in horses.

    Suggested Use: The day

before competition, give 1 full bottle of the Yunnan Baiyao powder, AM & PM, but

save the red pills. On the morning of competition give 1 full bottle of the

powder again saving the red pill. Then at the Lasix shot use the 4th bottle of

Yunnan Baiyao powder. At this time give all the 4 red pills that you have

saved to the horse.

    SPECIAL

NOTE: If the

horse has bled thru everything that vets, herbs, vitamins, acupuncture can do,

make

sure you follow the EQUINE-CARE

Bleeder Support Program and instead of giving 1 bottle each time, you may

try two bottles at a time.

(yunnan baiyao- tien chi or san qi,myrrh, ox bile, Chinese yam, sweet geranium,

lesser galangal root, and other in a starch base.)
