Anyone know about this, > where to read more? Thank you. I have not heard of the post-epidural " chasity belt " feeling from hip to toes before, but there are reports of treatments being successful for other post-epidural Sxs, such as headache. These treatments include: (1) Epidural site blood-patch: In this (WM) treatment, 1-3ml blood is drawn from subject and reinjected immediately into the exact site of the epidural needle track. (2) Acupuncture into the same site (called Tianying-site of probem) in TCM + other needles for the main symptoms. I have used it very successfully in horses for severe hind-end lameness after Cu-EDTA injection in tghe rump over the sciatic nerve. For your patient, I would suggest needling (0.5-1 " ) into the epidural track [Tianying Pt]. Then add points for the Daimai to perineaum, like: BL30-Baihuanshu GB26-Daimai LV03-Taichong SP06-Sanyinjiao etc Best regards,
