This course will focus on treating signs and underlying causes of

aging and imbalance on the face. Through ancient principles and

methods of Oriental Medicine as well as many innovative techniques

derived from Ms. Doran's extensive clinical experience, you will learn

both assess and treat the root (cause) and the branch (symptom). With

ample hands–on exploration and treatment of the face with massage and

needling, you will be well prepared for administering highly effective

protocols and needle technique to rejuvenate the whole body with

primary emphasis on revitalizing the face.

 

Course Objectives

 

You will learn:

 

* How to formulate facial rejuvenation treatments utilizing an

Oriental Medicine approach

* How to assess which meridians are involved in the various ways

that individuals physically manifest the aging process

* Benefits of and Contraindications to treatment

* Specialized massage and needle techniques and point selection

for conditions such as acne, dry skin, puffiness, age spots, enlarged

temporal veins, sagging skin, wrinkles, scars, double chins, broken

capillaries, as well as eye bags and dark circles under the eyes.
